Zalenskyi, knowing the power of communication, changed the county’s “Rules of Appropriate Language” to allow Ukrainian print and broadcast media to openly use the phrase “Russian Warship, go fuck yourselves.” It has appeared everywhere as a national source of pride. This Ukrainian stamp commemorates the radio reply of a soldier to demands to surrender a small Ukrainian garrison on the remote Snake Island in the Black Sea. A sheet of these stamps carries the phrase in bold print and their postal service cannot print them fast enough.
